Presentation of annual financial statements, nomination for Board of Directors, election of Executive, general administration of association business.
AGM will be at 11 am with presentation of financial statements, general discussion/questions from the floor and nominations to the Board of Directors. Lunch break will be 12 - 1, sandwiches and coffee/tea/water will be served. At 1 pm first meeting will be held of the new BOD which will include election of Executive Officers to serve for this term.
There will be a $10 charge to attend to cover the cost of food, refreshments and use of the Seniors Centre. RSVP is required to attended, deadline for confirmation is Wednesday, July 20th by end of day.
